Question 1

What information is needed to open a new account at 97games, and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Registering at 97games is genuinely quick — it usually takes no more than 3 minutes. Here's what you'll need: an active mobile number (preferably linked to bKash or Nagad), an email address, your full name (as it appears on your national ID), your date of birth, and a password.

No national ID or documents need to be uploaded at registration — however, identity verification (KYC) may be required before large withdrawals. Only one account can be created per mobile number. You must be at least 18 years old — this is mandatory.

Registration is completely free, and you can keep your account open without making any deposit.

Question 2

What types of slot games are available at 97games — and which one should I start with?

Accepted Answer

Slot games on 97games are available in several main categories:

Classic Slots: 3-reel slots with simple paylines. Perfect for beginners — easy to understand and quick to get into.

Video Slots: Modern slots with 5 or more reels, featuring free spins, bonus rounds, and multipliers. The most popular category on 97games.

Megaways Slots: Thousands of ways to win are generated on every spin — higher chances of a big payout, but also more volatility.

Progressive Jackpot Slots: Jackpots grow with every bet placed by players across the platform. At 97games, some jackpots can reach into the crores of BDT.

Mega Spin & Cluster Slots: Wins are formed using a cluster or grid system rather than traditional paylines.

If you're brand new, start with classic or video slots. Each game's page displays the RTP (Return to Player) percentage — the higher the RTP, the greater the theoretical chance of returns.

Question 3

How do I withdraw my winnings — and how long does a bKash transfer take?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawing on 97games is straightforward and typically fast. After logging in, head to the "Cashier" or "Withdrawal" section, enter the amount, and select your bKash or Nagad number.

Duration: Most withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. During peak hours or if KYC verification is still pending, it may take up to 24 hours.

Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.

Withdrawal Fees: 97games itself charges no fees. However, your mobile banking provider's own transaction charges may apply.

Bonus Balance: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first. Your real money balance, however, can be withdrawn at any time.

If your withdrawal is stuck, contact us via live chat right away — it's usually resolved quickly.

Question 4

The 97games app won't open or is outdated — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

This issue is fairly common and usually easy to fix. Try the following steps:

1. Force close the app: Close 97games from your phone's recent apps and reopen it.

2. Clear Cache: Settings → Apps → 97games → Storage → Clear Cache. Note that clearing data will also erase your login details, so proceed with caution.

3. Update the app: The 97games APK is not available on the Google Play Store. Download the latest APK directly from 97games.asia and install it over the existing version — no need to uninstall first.

4. Check your internet connection: Check whether your mobile data or Wi-Fi is working properly.

5. Restart your phone: Simple, yet often effective.

If the issue persists, reach out to 97games live chat with your phone model and Android version for a tailored solution.

Question 5

I want to update my details on my 97games account — can I also change my mobile number?

Accepted Answer

Most account details can be updated yourself after logging in, under "Account Settings" → "Personal Information".

Easy to Change: Email address, password, address, and communication preferences.

Changing Your Mobile Number: This cannot be changed directly, as your mobile number is tied to identity verification. To add a new number, please contact support — you'll need to verify both the old and new numbers via OTP.

Changing Your Name: Your name generally cannot be changed after registration, as it is tied to KYC verification. If there is a typo or spelling error, you can request a correction by sending a copy of your National ID to support@97games.asia.

An OTP verification is required after any account detail change — this is for your security.

Question 6

I want to take a break from 97games for a while — how do I temporarily pause my account?

Accepted Answer

97games offers two options for temporarily pausing your account — a cooling-off period and self-exclusion.

Cooling-Off Period (Temporary Break): For 1 to 6 weeks. During this period, games and betting will be unavailable, but you can still log in and withdraw your balance. You can enable this from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming.

Self-Exclusion (extended break): 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Takes effect within 24 hours of your request, and no promotional messages will be sent during this period.

Permanent Account Closure: Email support@97games.asia — requests are typically processed within 48 hours. It's a good idea to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Question 7

I can see the odds when betting on 97games, but I don't understand the numbers — how do I read each format?

Accepted Answer

Odds are the numbers that tell you how likely a team is to win and how much you stand to gain if they do. 97games offers three formats:

Decimal Odds: The simplest format — for example, 2.50 means a ৳100 bet returns a total of ৳250 (including your original ৳100 stake), giving you a profit of ৳150. This is the default format on 97games.

Fractional Odds: For example, 3/2 means you win ৳3 for every ৳2 staked. This is the British format and occasionally appears in cricket betting.

Moneyline/American Odds: +150 means a ৳100 bet wins ৳150 profit; -150 means you need to bet ৳150 to win ৳100 profit. A negative number indicates that team is the favourite.

How to Switch Formats: Go to Account Settings or look for the "Odds Format" option at the top of the betting page and choose your preferred format. Decimal odds are the most popular among Bangladeshi players because the calculations are straightforward.
