If you attempt to withdraw via the same method within seven days of a deposit, additional time may be required for anti-money laundering verification.

If an event in Sports Betting is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 97games's rules. Cancelled event bets are generally refunded; however, separate rules apply for events that were partially completed.

97games may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• Exploiting System or Software Vulnerabilities
• Fraudulent conduct towards other players

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

97games is not liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions. However, in such situations, a fair resolution will be sought for any bets that were in progress.

97games may update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users 30 days in advance — however, changes required for security or legal reasons may take effect immediately without prior notice.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect. In the event of a discrepancy between the Bengali and English versions, the English version will prevail.
